To provide you with support, we record details of your support. These details may include your personal and special category data, as defined by GDPR.

Data Usage and Sharing

Permission to Store Your Data

By signing our consent form, you provide your consent for us to process your data, including personal and special category data. Your support details will be securely stored in a shared electronic case management system accessed by ProVision Support Service members. Paper copies of your data may also be stored securely.

Permission to Share Your Data with Other Organisations

While we treat all information you share with us confidentially, there may be instances where we suggest that you seek advice from other organisations better equipped to address your needs. With your consent, we may:

  • •Refer you to other third-party services.
  • •Make appointments with other third-party services on your behalf.
  • •Share your personal information with other third-party services so they have initial information about you.

  • •A Data Controller is responsible for ensuring that your data is processed according to the law, including accuracy and security. Typically, the Data Controller is the funder of the service you receive.
  • •ProVision Support Service, for GDPR purposes, acts as the Data Processor on behalf of the Commissioner of the service.

Consent Withdrawal

You have the right to withhold or withdraw your consent. However, this may affect our ability to provide you with support. We will work with your Data Controller to find alternative solutions that align with our contractual obligations.

Data Sharing

We will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Both ProVision Support Service and our contractual partners have individual complaints policies, and you may request further details.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We only use cookies that are not strictly necessary if you agree to them. We ask for your choice on your first visit and remember it for 12 months. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Strictly necessary

The provision_consent cookie remembers your cookie choices for 12 months. It is needed for the website to work, so it cannot be turned off.

Live chat (functional)

If you allow live chat, we load the chat window provided by Tawk.to. It sets cookies (such as twk_uuid and TawkConnectionTime) so your conversation continues between pages. Messages you send through the chat are processed by Tawk.to to deliver them to our team. If you do not allow live chat, the chat window is not loaded.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, tools loaded through Google Tag Manager (provided by Google) may set cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and show which pages are used, so we can improve the website. If you do not allow analytics, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive basic information without cookies, such as that a page was viewed.

Marketing

If you allow marketing, tools loaded through Google Tag Manager may set cookies (such as _gcl_au) to measure our campaigns and show relevant content about our services on other websites. If you do not allow marketing, no marketing cookies are set.
